Long before starting Dee's Healthy Gourmet, Dee McCaffrey was a Diet Counselor helping others lose weight and successfully counseling diabetics to regulate their blood sugar levels.  

Dee's suggestions to her diabetic clients included the four key strategies for improving blood sugar levels: (1) eliminating flour and sugar from their diet, (2) incorporating more fruits and vegetables, (3) taking some helpful supplements and (4) implementing an apple cider vinegar therapy.  

Later Dee's Healthy Gourmet was born, offering meals with no flour and sugar and incorporating more fruits and vegetables.  Now we offer the complete diabetes program Dee has successfully recommended to her clients which incorporate the four key strategies for improving blood sugar levels -
